Shipping Rates
To offer the best possible prices on our products, we have implemented a shipping cost structure that may require customers to bear the shipping expenses for certain products or specific regions.
Please note that shipping costs may vary based on factors such as the product's size, weight, and destination.
Regarding Refused Deliveries and Handling Fees
For non-fraudulent orders, if a customer requests to refuse delivery after the order has been shipped, we may apply a reasonable fee ( About $30-100 CAD). The exact fee will be determined based on the specific circumstances.
Address Modification and Re-Delivery Fees
Once your order has been shipped, address modifications are not possible. Please provide the correct address during the purchase process to avoid any issues with delivery.
If you have provided an incorrect address and the order has already been shipped, a shipping fee will be charged for re-delivery to the correct address.
Shipping Cutoff Time & Delivery Time
GOOLOO uses local warehouse for delivery. Our products usually will be delivered to you within 1-5 working days from the date of shipment according to different areas normally, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Shipping Restrictions
Local shipping only occurs in Canada.
Please note we are unable to deliver to PO BOX, military or protected areas as well as Canada's three northern territories: Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. If the parcel has been returned to our warehoused because of the PO BOX address, we shall have the right to ask for the cost of return and re-shipment.

Delivery Exceptions
Packages may be delivered late if a national holiday occurs or some other exceptional circumstances, like a weather issue or natural disaster (e.g., hurricane, tornado, wildfire, or flood) or Covid-Related impacts ,etc. In that case, the ETA is unpredictable.
GOOLOO is not responsible for the above shipment delays. However, GOOLOO will try our best to keep you updated and ensure the shipment arrive as soon as it can be resumed in the affected area.
Missing or lost packages
If a package goes missing or delivers to an incorrect address, please contact GOOLOO customer support at contact@gooloo.com with your order number.
Where can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details and a link to track your parcel. If you haven’t received your email within 48 hours of placing your order, or if your order is urgent, please contact GOOLOO customer support at contact@gooloo.com with your order number.
What can I do if the product I received is not under good condition?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@gooloo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.Â
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
Please contact GOOLOO customer support at contact@gooloo.com. Attaching a photo of the product received and the SKU label of the parcel will greatly shorten the handling process.
