The heating function is absolutely a game changer. In -30 C weather, I tried two different boosters to start my UTV. This was the only one that worked. Very reliable unit. Love it.

Wrong unit was shipped. I specifically ordered the GT4000 model with a spec that reads good to minus -40 degrees. Within the unit the information folder states that the unit specification is good to -20 as does the manual sourced via the provided QR code. My unit remains new in the original packaging and I’m requesting that I be provided with the as ordered GT4000 with a -40 degree specification (note that I purposely did not order the GT4000S based on my temperature requirements). I look forward to receiving your instructions to return the device I received once I receive the proper device. I may also be contacted by phone at 514-894-3435. I had to use the booster the day after I received it. A co-workers car wouldn't start. The hookup couldn't be simpler. The car started on first try. The booster charge dropped from 100% to 97%.
The provided storage bag doesn't offer much protection so I have decided to leave everything in the box. Hopefully the box will last. Had a storage case been included I would have given 5 stars.

The Gooloo GT4000 with built-in heater is a solid product both in terms of quality and price.
I have two GT4000s, for the kids cars, and they hold their full charge after being not used for a year.
I typically boost other people cars and it works like a charm. My son even boosted a Zamboni at the ice rink, and it worked!

Fast and effective purchasing and delivery process. It works awesome with a conventional battery system and it is powerful to provide assistance to my diesel truck as needed. I found the cables slightly short in the case that the battery is not accessible and boosting is only possible via dislocated terminals. In my case, positive and negative were too far apart, and creativity to find solid ground was necessary. Loving his diversity with the light and multiple charging ports!

Preheat does not work as advertised. Compared to 4000s, both came out of a -20c freezer, the gt4000s was ready to go but the 4000 would not switch to ready and preheating wasn't working. Random E0 errors on the gt4000, even though it's using the same cables and same battery, an no errors were detected by the gt4000. Customer support was no help, they just ask a bunch of questions to which I already gave the answers. It seems if I press and hold boost the preheat will engage for approx 2s then stop... So if I repeat this step over and over, maybe 10 times, it will eventually warm the booster and it will eventually switch to "ready".

I did not order the wall charger but it was a mistake.
When I did my research for the wall charger my conclusion was that I should have purchased it with the GT4000. The chargers from the other suppliers are not at the same level. Lesson learned. Thanks for your nice products.

While I haven't been able to try this out in a real dead battery situation yet, I did connect it to my car and tried starting it. The charge on the unit went from 100% to 98%, so it did 'something'.

I tried out the pre-heating technology too, which was one of the major reasons for purchasing the GT4000, as the area I live in can get to -30C.
I pressed the 'Boost' button and the unit displayed its internal temperature and quickly rose to operating temperature.

One disappointment is that there is no longer a wall charger included. This is supposedly for 'environmental reasons' but I can't see why as we have to buy a charger from 'somewhere', right?
I am using my own 140W charger with a PD compatible cable, which works very well.

Overall, I am pleased with the unit, but I suppose I can only be truly pleased if it starts my car when it has a dead battery.

I have several Gooloo chargers and they have all been excellent products. My most recent is the Gt4000 and again it is a quality, well built unit that will serve for many years. I have this unit for it's low temp performance for Newfoundland winters. I have used Gooloo chargers for many years on vehicles, snowmobiles and all terrain vehicles, the units have always worked and hold charge exceptionally well. I highly recommend Gooloo.

Too soon to know much about performance but I am surprised at how much larger and heavier it is compared to my GT1500 + box bundle. I bought this new GT4000 since I had an instance a few months ago where after the first boost it wouldn’t boost a second time on 6 cylinder engine. I want to be sure I have plenty of power next time I need it. I am also happy with the digital readout to give me more information so I have a better idea of its performance. Cold weather is our worst enemy in Saskatchewan, Canada.

I've been impressed with the three GT4000 units I've purchased. The following 3 engines were started at -25C without any their battery connected.
3.0L Ecotech V6
6.2L GMC V8
2.4L Kabota Diesel
The pre-heat function took about 35 second to warm the battery up to +5C. After that, simply push the "Boost" button to energise the bypass relay and start the engine. As far as battery use goes, the pre-heat uses 5-6% and the worst engine for battery use was the diesel, about 15% as using the "Glow Plugs" drain a good amount before starting. All other functions work as advertised.
Hopefully nothing will go wrong with them as I have not had any luck with customer service. I had initially bought a GP4000 and although it worked it warm weather, the "Boost" function would only stay on for 3 seconds once it turned colder than -10C. Sent them a video and they said my test was invalid as I had used a freezer to simulate the -10C condition. This seems to be a known fault as I have now seen 2 u-tubers show similar traits. Don't recommend the GP4000 but the GT4000 has been great.

Right out of the box impression, this is a solid unit. Very well made, the GT4000 looks and feels like a very quality built product. The unit arrived with an 80% charge, and charged up to 100% impressively fast with a 45w charger. The case is custom fitted to hold the boost pack snuggly and securely for storage, has plenty of room for accessories, and more. I am looking forward to a dead battery so I can put it to the test

I received the GT4000 about 2 weeks ago. The product arrived promptly after ordering. Packaging, communication from Gooloo and the condition of the product on arrival was very good.
The GT4000 appears to have been well thought out and manufactured to a high standard.
It comes with a plethora of cables to keep it charged up and the user in a good place.
To date, I have only had to jump start a motorbike and the GT4000 worked flawlessly. We're now entering winter here and with several ATV's, boats and vehicles to keep moving, having this jump starter is a must have for our active family...

This works in sub-zero weather. I live in Minnesota and had other jump starters that work fine in warm weather not work when the temperatures are freezing out. The reason I bought the GT4000 was it has an internal heater to pre-heat the jump start at sub-zero temperatures and it works great. Additionally to the pre-heater it has never labored in starting anything. Also, it has many outputs and can be used as a power source, and can be charged multiple ways. It came with a vinyl storage back which I didn't like so I bought the optional hard case and it offers great protection. Since my first purchase of this earlier I have purchased 2 more and 2 more cases, one for each vehicle.

Easy to use. Recharge is real fast. Most important to me is I jump started my BMW 740i without damaging any of the sensors or electronics. Traditional booster cables using a second car is not ideal for jump starting these BMW's. Plus you don't need anyone to help you when your battery goes dead.

I had a lawn tractor and a 35 HP diesel that had been sitting idle for several months. Lawn mower wouldn't even click when the key was turned on. Connected up this jewel and it turned the starter like it was on a full charge. Started after the second attempt.
On the big tractor, it initially turned the starter and then just clicked. Connected the GOOLOO and two rotations of the pistons and she fired right up.
Absolutely mind blown as to the power this little box has. Definitely a keeper.
Understand, this is not a charger but a starter boost to get you running. It will or should turn your motor over with the deadest of dead batteries.
